Refund policy

At Spectra Shades, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once sold, except in cases where:

  • The item is received damaged.

  • The wrong item is delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at order.support@spectrashades.com or call 0339 0103165 with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost.

Important Notes

  • We ship only within Pakistan.

  • Items on sale, promotional offers, or custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
